It’s called “Kinetic Typogprahy”: Showing the words that are being spoken rather then the one whos speaking them. Ford used it too, but this guy made this first.

This is an excellent typography and I’d like to see what you’d do in AE – Flash is great but AE is really built more for this kind of thing. The steps are pretty much the same in Flash – but you’d have an easier time in AE even with the learning curve.

Try importing the swf in a video editor, and saved it to a video file .. that’s what I did.
