@MrStunMuffin Ohhh. The main characters outfit changes twice (so three outfits) throughout the game. I forgot about that. It happens about 1/3 and 2/3 the way through at key events.

@ZeitgeistReview Oh? but in some clips he is waering a white shirt and in others well cant really explain the most seen armor but u said u constantly can buy things from vendors, is this like infinite undiscovery? doesnt change looks

@ZeitgeistReview Really? =/ I saw videos of Risen and I was like “Wow this looks really amazing” and decided to get it, then as I said… looked around for other games on the 360 and found Magna Carta 2. The only reason I didn’t buy Risen is because I read a ‘few’ reviews about it being crap.

I’ll take your advice and buy Risen when I’m finished with Magna Carta 2. Keep up the amazing reviews.

@RedSushiNinja Risen is great on the PC. I loved it. It still wasn’t that bad on the 360 either.

I’m ashamed to call myself a pro RPG gamer, although I blame Xbox 360 marketplace for not having a video or demo of this game.

I never knew this game was so amazing looking with an amazing battle system etc until I watched your review… thanks to you I am (sometime next week) going to probably enjoy the best RPG on Xbox 360. I have FFXIII and other RPGs but I am still ashamed I never really knew there was a game quite like this.

The problem with calling these kinds of games ‘role-playing’ games, is that really, you have no role at all, other than to decide how you level your characters. It doesn’t make them any less enjoyable though. I’m considering buying this, but I’m still on the fence? Any way to convince me?

its a korean game made for Japanese company…so its Korean JRPG

kinda strange cos nobody refers to Fable 2 as British RPG. or Mass Effect series as USA RPG

A piece of crap, like Zeit just mentioned, played for hours on end by 15million people who willingly pay £9 a month, and devote their whole lives to it. I think not.

In terms of a real RPG, WoW is the best comparison so it is good that it was referenced to.

I’m still disappointed how you mention there is little need to grind. Tbh that’s one of the main aspect of RPG but still 40hr gameplay aint bad either way.
