Simplex – July 2011 Joomla Club Template

Its very easy when designing something to overdue and add unnecessary accessories or design “flares” to the piece of work. This month Simplex is intended to be the opposite. We wanted to create a design that gives your content more room to make itself known and at the same time to keep the site looking nice and clean. Again this month we bring you a design powered by CSS3 and PIE to provide a modern and fast loading website!

In addition to nice clean design we introduce several new additions to the Vertex Framework. The Drop Down Panel feature (formally known as S5 Ultimate Drop Down) will now be available in every template running Vertex hence forth. We also are happy to release the NEW Vertex admin GUI, which we designed to allow for easier administration of each design. Check out the screenshots below to see more details about this!

Paradigm Shift – June 2011 Joomla Club Template

With the introduction of Firefox 4, IE9, and CSS3 PIE for IE7 and IE8 there is a new paradigm shift happening that is changing the way we code websites. With the power of css3, websites can now be built much faster and with far less code. Design features such as gradients or shadows that used to be created and then called as images on the page are now simply called by css code. Transition effects that used to require full javascript libraries can now be called with less than 1kb of text. Rounded corners that used to require upwards of eight wrapping div elements can now be done with a single element. What does this mean for you? Simple, a lightning fast website, that becomes even more search engine friendly. We proudly introduce to you Paradigm Shift, the future of website design. A template that contains only a handful of core template images.

In addition to a great template we introduce the S5 Flex Menu system! This is a very powerful plugin that provides functionality far beyond what the standard Joomla menu system can provide. This plugin is intended to be as an extension of the existing menu system to add features such as multiple columns, modules loaded directly into the menu columns, group sub menu items into the same column or fly out, sub texts for each menu item, menu icon images, multiple javascript effects and much more!

Appwonder – May 2011 Joomla Club Template

Appwonder is designed for an iphone/android app style website, it allows you to sell a product to your customer hitting all main points in one page with the nice smooth scroll to functionality included. This month we are happy to announce we have started incorporating CSS3 into our templates, we felt that since IE9 has been released now is a great time to start taking advantage of CSS3. Since IE7 and 8 don’t support CSS3 natively we also addressed this and have included almost full CSS3 support for IE7 and 8.
